Waldorf Fruit Salad [Serves 30+]

  • 1 6 pound can (drained) pineapple chunks, fruit cocktail, or mandarin oranges
  • 2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 2 cup (16 ounces) sour cream
  • 5 cups whipped topping
  • 7 cups miniature marshmallows
  • Optional 2 packages of pistachio pudding to mix in the cool whip makes this very special.  Pineapple chunks are really important if going this route.)
