BBQ Potato Salad [Serves 30]

BBQ-Potato-Salad

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • 1 6 pound can potatoes, cubed
  • 1 large Vidalia or red onion, diced
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and finely diced
  • 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
